THE PROJECT
The Resident Hotel — Soho is a comprehensive refurbishment of 79 hotel bedrooms and associated guest facilities, creating a distinctive new interior experience in the heart of London's Soho.
The refurbishment builds upon The Resident's established hospitality offering, introducing a more adventurous interior design approach that reflects Soho's bohemian character and cultural heritage.
The works include the refurbishment of 79 guest bedrooms, a new reception area, upgrades to communal spaces, full replacement of the air-conditioning system and replacement windows facing St Anne's Court. Construction is scheduled to commence in Q4 2026.
OUR ROLE
100ACRE is providing Cost Management and Employer's Agent services, supporting the project through pre-construction, procurement and delivery.
