THE PROJECT
New Bath Hotel is a new-build hotel development on Lower Bristol Road, delivering 152 beds on a prominent riverside site in Bath.
The site occupies a distinctive strip of land between the River Avon and the railway viaduct, within an area characterised by its industrial heritage.
The development involves the demolition of the existing 1960s office building and construction of a new five-storey hotel, with a lower-ground level providing parking and a basement accommodating plant.
OUR ROLE
100ACRE is providing Cost Management and Employer’s Agent services for the New Bath Hotel development, supporting the project through pre-construction, procurement and delivery.
