THE PROJECT
12–13 Bruton Street is a major new-build commercial development in the heart of Mayfair, delivering approximately 55,000 sq ft of high-quality office and retail accommodation.
The scheme involves the demolition and redevelopment of the existing buildings to deliver a new office-led development arranged over one basement level, ground floor and seven upper storeys, with flexible Class E accommodation at basement and ground-floor levels.
OUR ROLE
100ACRE is appointed as Cost Manager and Employer’s Agent, providing the full scope of both services from design development and procurement through construction and completion.
The project is currently on site, with construction of the new cores underway ahead of the main works. Practical Completion is anticipated in 2028.
