The scheme comprises approximately 2,500 sq ft of office accommodation and a further 2,400 sq ft of showroom space, with interiors designed by Morey Smith.
Delivered by 3 Interiors Ltd, the fit-out incorporates a carefully considered palette of high-end finishes and bespoke products, creating a refined working environment tailored to the client's requirements.
OUR ROLE
100ACRE provided Cost Management and Employer's Agent services throughout the delivery of the fit-out, supporting the commercial management and administration of the works through to completion.
