THE PROJECT
The Wick is a new 101-bed lifestyle hotel in Hackney Wick, combining hotel accommodation with flexible workspace, food and beverage uses and active ground-floor spaces.
The development is designed as a mixed-use hospitality destination, with the ground floor providing a combination of employment floorspace, social and flexible workspace, food and beverage accommodation and a concept store.
Upper levels provide the hotel accommodation, with significant external terrace space at Levels 6 and 7. The development of the site also requires the removal of historic underground fuel tanks and associated ground remediation.
OUR ROLE
100ACRE is providing Cost Management services for the development, supporting the project through the design stages with cost planning, design development advice and commercial oversight.
