Isembard Southwark provides 38,000 sq ft of advanced manufacturing and headquarters accommodation within a larger 160,000 sq ft building in central London.
The Southwark facility brings Isembard’s headquarters together with a working precision factory producing components for critical industries including aerospace, defence and robotics.
The facility incorporates advanced machining and production equipment alongside specialist metrology facilities, with office and engineering accommodation integrated with the manufacturing operation.
OUR ROLE
100ACRE acted as Employer’s Agent for the delivery of Isembard’s occupied accommodation within the Southwark building, supporting the project through construction, completion and handover.
