THE PROJECT
Britannia Street is a proposed 123-bed purpose-built student accommodation development in King’s Cross, London.
The development will replace an underused car park with student accommodation, shared indoor amenity space and community and shared spaces at ground-floor level, alongside a landscaped courtyard.
The constrained site sits above a Thameslink tunnel and beside an active railway cutting, requiring the foundations and structural design to respond carefully to the underlying and adjacent rail infrastructure.

OUR ROLE
100ACRE is providing Cost Management services for the development, supporting the project through the planning and design stages with cost planning, design development advice and commercial oversight.
