Rothbury Road Hotel

Location - Hackney Wick

The Wick Hotel will provide a best-in-class lifestyle 101 bed hotel. The ground floor of the hotel will provide a hybrid offering of employment floorspace with areas for social/flexible workspace, food and beverage (F&B) and a concept store. The rooms vary in size from 15m² to 26m². This includes a range of standard sized rooms as well as accessible and adaptable versions.

The range of amenity spaces provide informal lounge areas, workspace and welfare facilities events and are provided on Ground Floor and Levels 6 and 7 as well as significant roof terrace space.

Location - Kings Cross

The project includes the construction of 121 PBSA beds located on Britannia Street, Kings Cross. The site is constrained as the Thameslink tunnel runs directly under one half of the site and has required an innovative substrate and frame design to unlock the site.
