Rothbury Road Hotel

Location - Hackney Wick

The Wick Hotel will provide a best-in-class lifestyle 101 bed hotel. The ground floor of the hotel will provide a hybrid offering of employment floorspace with areas for social/flexible workspace, food and beverage (F&B) and a concept store. Levels 6 and 7 will have significant roof terrace space. The existing site requires removal of underground fuel tanks and ground remediation.

The scheme involves the demolition and redevelopment of 12-13 Bruton Street. The new development will be an office led mixed use scheme comprising of ground and seven floors along with one level of basement. Retail will be provided at ground and basement level.

Location - Mayfair

The scheme comprises of part retained façade with a new circa 25,000ft² building providing retail at ground, basement 1 and basement 2 levels. Office space is spread across floors 1-6 with a dedicated entrance along Pollen Street. The scheme was extremely logistically challenging with three party walls and all neighbouring properties being fully occupied including a Michelin starred restaurant. Over 100 tonnes of temporary steel façade supports were required and the 10m deep two storey basement required a combination of underpinning, contig pile walls & in-situ retaining walls.

New Bath Hotel

Location - Bath

New Bath Hotel is a new build development on Lower Bristol Road providing 152 hotel beds. The site is part of a sliver of land caught between the river and railway viaduct that has a distinctly industrial character. The project includes the demolition of the existing 1960’s office building and construction of a new five story building with lower ground level for parking & basement level for plant.

Location - Kings Cross

The project includes the construction of 121 PBSA beds located on Britannia Street, Kings Cross. The site is extremely constrained as the Thameslink tunnel in & out of Kings Cross runs directly under one half of the site and has required an innovative substructure and frame design to help unlock the site.

The 6-7 Pollen Street Fit Out project involved incredibly high-quality CAT A finishes throughout the building, as well as EOJ facilities, dedicated office reception entrance & bespoke lift finishes. It also involved CAT B fit out of the 1st and 2nd Floors with bespoke joinery pieces, acoustic raft panelled ceilings, timber panelling & bespoke office kitchenettes.
